GF-80D Plastic Tube and Aluminum Tube Filling and Sealing Machine
Characteristic:
The transmission part is closed under the platform safely with no pollution. The Filling and Sealing part is installed in the visible cover, which is in the half-closed static-free frame above the platform. It is easy to watch, operate and maintain. PLC and touch screen, controlled and man-machine conversation interface. The rotary disk is cam-driven, so it works fact and accursedly. The tube hopper has speed-adjust manipulator, tube control device and vacuum generator, etc. The tube loading efficiency is more than 99.9%. The upper tube rail automatically feed the soft rube into the working station. The photoelectric target-aiming working station employs accurate detector and marching type motor, ensuring the tube design at the correct position. Filling nozzle enters tube inside to fill. As it fills it will moves up and prevent material from over flowing and spilling. No feeding is done when there is no tube available. The sealing manipulator is flexible and multi functional. Through different adjustment, it can accomplish the operation of two edge folds, there edge folds, and saddle-shaped edge folds.
